All of our fixtures are hand assembled in our Los Angeles studio. All of our domes, socket cups, and shades are hand spun in Los Angeles. Because of this each fixture is truly unique and may vary slightly from one fixture to the next. You may notice slight blemishes or imperfections in the components from the manufacturing process. This is unavoidable; however, we do our best to match a fixtures components and it's finishes to the best of our ability. Before each fixture ships out we make sure that it is something that we would be both happy and proud to install in our own home.
Normal production lead times are noted on each product page. All of our fixtures are made to order and production lead times can change daily due to volume, parts inventory and powder coating lead times. Please note that holidays are not factored into our lead times. Please allow for a few extra days if a holiday falls within your products general lead time.
Please contact us before ordering if your fixture needs a different length drop stem, a hang straight for vaulted ceilings, E27 or E14 sockets, or a different finish. All of these changes can affect the price and lead time of the fixture.
Most of our fixtures are available in a brushed and waxed brass or sandblasted, flat black anodized finish. All of our brass will develop a rich, beautiful patina as the fixture matures.
ARE YOUR FIXTURES DIMMABLE?
Lights bulbs are the determining factor on whether an incandescent fixture is able to dim or not. Most incandescent bulbs are dimmable including any bulbs that we include with our fixtures. Some CFL or LED bulbs are not. Please check the package on the bulbs you plan to use to make sure they are compatible with the type of dimmer you use. Most any incandescent 120V dimmer will work.
Bulbs are not always included in our listings. Please review listing details to see if your fixture comes with bulbs or not. Please use 60W Max bulbs in our fixtures. We use the following bulbs in most of our listing photos http://www.bulbs.com/product/40G16EWH-125V
DAMAGED PRODUCTS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If an item is damaged during transit you must send us detailed photos of the outside of the box, packing material, and detailed photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery so we can file the necessary claims form with our carrier. Hardware must be unopened and must still be in the clear sleeves. Light fixtures cannot be returned or exchanged once installed. Buyer must keep all packing material till the claim is resolved so we can coordinate a return shipment of the damaged items.
Any order that has not yet gone into production will be refunded the total purchase price minus a 5% credit card fee. If we have begun building your order then we will charge a 20% restocking fee in addition to the 5% credit card fee.

All of our fixtures are UL certified for either surface mounted or portable (plug-in) installations in the US and Canada. All of our surface mounted fixtures are covered under UL E475910. Our portable (plug-in) fixtures are covered under UL E481497. Damp listings are available upon request. All of our fixtures are also CE certified as well with an IP20 rating.
We ship all hardware order via USPS and fixture orders via FedEx ground. Larger orders or oversized custom fixtures that require freight will be billed separately. International orders will ship via DHL. Please note that all orders require a signature at the time of delivery.
All orders require an adult signature in order to receive delivery the from FedEx. If no adult is home at the time of delivery FedEx will make another delivery attempt the following business day. You can always call the number on the FedEx slip and setup a time for them to re-deliver the package or you can have them hold it at a FedEx location of your choosing.
If an order is returned to Park Studio due to an incorrect shipping address (provided by a customer), or the carrier returning the package(s) due to maxing out their delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs as well as the full amount due to redeliver the package(s). These fee's will need to be paid for prior to Park Studio re-shipping any package(s). Park Studio is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Some larger orders will be shipped via LTL Freight at Park Studio's discretion. Freight fee's are not included in the listed price of an item and will be charged separately from the main order.
Please contact email@example.com for international shipping rates. All international orders are shipped via DHL. Please note that duties and any other import fee's are not included in our freight quotes. These fee's will be billed to you directly from DHL prior to them delivering the packages.
All orders will receive an "Order Shipped" email from Park Studio that contains the final invoice as well as tracking info. This is an automated email and will be sent to the email that the buyer submits during their order.
