Because every fixture is made to order we cannot accept returns at this time.
If an item is damaged during transit you must send us photos of the damaged box prior to opening, photos of the packaging, and detailed photos of the damaged product(s). We must receive the photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can file the necessary claims form with our carrier. Claims may take up to (10) business days to complete. Buyer must keep all packing material till the claim is finalized.
